MOU Signing Ceremony for the Correctional Thai Boxing Management Project to Elevate Standards to the International Level.
On Friday, September 13, 2024, at 09:00 AM, the Department of Corrections held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony for the "Correctional Thai Boxing Management Project to Elevate Standards to the International Level." The ceremony was conducted between the Muay Thai Association Thai Heritage and RHLS Holding Company Limited.The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Yusin Chintapakorn, Vice minister of justice. Attendees included Mr. Chan Wachiradet, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Corrections (Development Division); Mr. Thanawit Chaiyanupong, President of the Muay Thai Association Thai Heritage; and RHLS Holding Company Limited, who all participated in the signing ceremony held at the Ayutthaya Youth Correctional Institution.This MOU signing reflects the implementation of the policy of Police Colonel Tawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice, to drive the Ministry of Justice towards an era of "Justice for All" or "Justice Leading the Nation," focusing on behavioral development. The initiative aims to enhance the efficiency of offender correction and rehabilitation. It also drives the implementation of a sustainable behavioral development process for inmates by developing various skills during their incarceration, aligning with the Department of Corrections’ eight-dimensional management policy, which supports the transformative goals of the Director-General of the Department of Corrections, Mr. Sahakarn Petchnerin.The Department of Corrections has partnered with the Muay Thai Association Thai Heritage and RHLS Holding Company Limited to elevate and develop Thai boxing skills among inmates to international standards. This initiative creates job and career opportunities for inmates interested in Thai boxing training, enabling them to pursue Thai boxing as a profession for a new beginning. It focuses on attitude adjustment, physical and mental development, and instilling discipline. Inmates with a passion and good technique in Thai boxing can potentially progress to higher-level boxing stages, providing an additional career option upon release.Our CEO made a special visit to a prison Muay Thai gym, showing our company's commitment to supporting rehabilitation through sports. We're honored to provide Muay Thai equipment to help these athletes continue their training.

Supporting boxing activities at the Rayong central prison
On February 11, 2025, Mr. Kritsana Thipyachan, Commander of Rayong Central Prison, along with the prison's executive team, received support from Ms. Chonmanad Vahey of RHLS HOLDING Company. The company donated interlocking floor mats for Muay Thai boxing equipment to the "Muay Thai TO BE NUMBER ONE" club of Rayong Central Prison, Zone 5 Control Area. These mats are intended for use in Muay Thai training and to prevent accidents during practice sessions. Mr. Rojanasak Asaban, Head of Zone 5 Control Area, accepted the donation. Mr. Kitti KaewSaen, Head of Zone 5 Control Work, and Zone 5 staff oversaw the assembly of the interlocking floor mats.

On Thursday, February 20, 2025, Mr. Worachai Butdabut, Director of Ayutthaya youth prison, assigned Mr. Sarut Kulsivachaya, Director of the Inmate Development Division, to represent the center in receiving sports equipment and athletic shoes donated by Ms. Chonmanad Vahey of RHLS HOLDING Company. The equipment is intended for inmates to use in Muay Thai training within the Ayutthaya youth prison. Additionally, professional Muay Thai boxer, Avatar P.K. Saenchai Muay Thai Gym, participated in the training and provided encouragement to the inmates.

On Thursday, March 6, 2025, Mr. Worachai Butdabut, Director of the Ayutthaya youth prison, assigned Mr. Sarut Kulsivachaya, Director of the Inmate Development Division, to represent the center in receiving Muay Thai sports equipment. The equipment was donated by Ms. Chonmanad Vahey, representative of RHLS HOLDING Company Limited, along with Ms. Phorjai Saithongkham and Ms. Jittimaras Bakley from the International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA). The equipment is intended for inmates to use in Muay Thai training and to prepare them for competitions, in accordance with the eight-dimensional policy, specifically dimension 5: enhancing and expanding education and vocational training.

The company expressed its commitment to supporting boxing activities at Rayong Central Prison, including providing equipment, trainers, and nutritional supplements for athletes.

This equipment will be used for Muay Thai sports training and to prevent injuries during training.
